Converted from the original hayloft and barn this cosy cottage is an ideal retreat. Large windows in place of the original barn doors provides plenty of natural light while voiles on the windows ensure privacy. The frontdoor opens into a lounge/diner with a table and seating for 4 facing towards the courtyard and a sofa and armchair towards the back of the cottage. A flatscreen freeview television with integral dvd player, a selection of dvds and board games are also provided. The floors downstairs are tiled. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped for self catering with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and microwave oven. The kitchen looks out over the gardens where a large patio and lawn area provides plenty of space to sit and enjoy a BBQ in the warm weather. The bedrooms upstairs are reached via a metal spiral staircase.

The cottage has a twin room with an en suite bathroom comprising a toilet, sink and shower over the bath. High ceilings and exposed beams in the bedroom show its original character. The twin room still retains the original window shutters while supplementing the light with a velux window in the roof. The double room has a large window where the original hatch to the hayloft was, which now provides a fine view over the stableyard to the landscape beyond. Situated in the courtyard the entrance to The Milking Parlour is via a stable door into a porch housing the underfloor heating boiler which provides an ideal place for walkers to dry wet outer clothing and boots. Leading through to a large Kitchen/Diner with open ceilings and exposed beams. A well equipped and fully fitted kitchen ideal for self catering including dishwasher, touch sensitive electric hob, microwave, fan oven, washing machine and large fridge/freezer and a table and chairs for 6 people. The lounge area has a large picture window with views over the fields and pond.
